Shaw Flooring Network

DEALER NETWORK EVENT

CHALLENGE

Shaw Industries, a major floor manufacturer and member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies, held the Shaw Flooring Network Convention for their network of 3000+ retail dealers and their families (including 800 children) at the Rosen Shingle in Orlando. This true hybrid event also included another 1000 remote sales associates. The goal: at-event product sales of $25 million.

SOLUTION

Results were blow-away, with on-site sales exceeding $30 million. To promote the event and invite participation, ADM developed a weekly pre-event promotional campaign including animations, videos, interactive activities and surveys.

 

At-event, the opening reception included a Shaw Turf & Football Party, arranged stadium-style with raked seating and featuring the client’s own artificial grass product. This was turned overnight into a general session space with video mapped floor projection. Other features included extensive environmental branding, sales raffles, and a live broadcast studio.
