CHALLENGE
FIS Emerald is the largest annual event in financial technology, attended by 3,000 in-person FIS customers, and thousands more virtually.
SOLUTION
ADM managed the entire event process – from conception to execution – over nine months. We designed the set – including 200-feet of video projection screens with 4 LED video panels between them – as well as projection mapping on the event floor.
Our all in house team produced promotional videos, speaker support, and an energizing opening experience featuring an indoor drone show. We were also responsible for the attendee communications plan, the show’s master script, executive presentations and providing executive speech coaching.
