A WORLDWIDE

EVENT AGENCY

ADM Productions, a global agency that shaped the way corporate meetings and events are now creatively crafted and produced, today celebrates its 40th year in business.

“When we opened our doors in 1981, we were the first “official” video production company on Long Island,” said Anthony DeMartino, President and co-founder of ADM. “VCRs were just catching on, and we actually had to educate many of our early clients on using video effectively in their communications mix.”

Senior Vice President and co-founder Angelo DeMartino tells how one of the first ads for ADM Productions comprised a simple image of a VHS cassette with the provocative headline, “This is Your Best Salesperson.”

In 1986, the DeMartino brothers transformed an 11,000 square-foot light industrial space in Port Washington, New York, into a one-stop creative production facility, creating a unique business model — with all equipment and staff under one roof.

The reinvented company continued to grow, providing full-service, creative agency experiences from a suburban studio setting.  Four decades later, the best known brands in retail, financial, healthcare, entertainment, technology, hospitality, and pharmaceutical industries continue to partner with ADM — to conceive, develop and produce every aspect of their large events, worldwide.

The ADM story has always been about reinvention, and developing better ways to serve our clients. The more value we brought in-house or on-staff, the more efficient and effective we became. It’s a very different way of working in this industry. It allows us to be agile and responsive, creative and consistent … in ways our competitors aren’t built for.

According to Anthony, “The ADM story has always been about reinvention, and developing better ways to serve our clients.  The more value we brought in-house or on-staff, the more efficient and effective we became.  It’s a very different way of working in this industry.  It allows us to be agile and responsive, creative and consistent … in ways our competitors aren’t built for.”

Last March, when COVID-19 forced the cancellation of an entire year’s worth of production and live events, ADM transformed again, developing the proprietary V360 virtual events platform.  Today, ADM provides companies the added value of virtual experiences that are customizable, purpose-built, and unique.

“ADM is built for this industry, and for this kind of agile adaptation,” Angelo explains.   “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved over 40 years.  But honestly, our sights are set straight ahead.”
